QUESTION: HOW MUCH FEED CAN I ORDER PER DELIVERY?

BULK:

Full 24 ton loads, not necessarily the same feed type.
The delivery tankers have compartments for the deliveries of different feeds to the same client.

BAGS:

4, 8, 12, 18, 24 or 34 ton deliveries.
4 and 8 ton loads are delivered to clients in a radius of 50km from the feed mills.

Feed can also be collected at the Feed Mills during weekdays, 24 hours per day or Saturdays till 16:00. Special requests must be confirmed with the Production Manager.

QUESTION: WHAT IS THE CORRECT PROCEDURE WHEN FEED ARE DELIVERED?

The bulk feed tankers are properly sealed to ensure that the feed and weight dispatched from the Feed Mill are indeed the same than the feed and weight delivered to you. These seals must be checked to be in tact, and the seal numbers must correspond to the seal numbers on your delivery documents. 2 Composite feed samples are also taken at the Mill, of which one will be handed to you upon delivery and the other one kept at the Mill for a period of 3 months for future reference if necessary. Ensure that your feed delivery corresponds to your feed order.

If you experience any problems with your delivery, please donÕt hesitate to contact us immediately. Your signature on the delivery note is deemed confirmation of a correct delivery.

QUESTION: WHO CAN I CONTACT IF I EXPERIENCE ANY PROBLEMS?

Feed Deliveries: The Production Manager at the Mill closest to you
Feed Quality: Quality Control Manager
Accounts: Debtors Controller
